¨  P.G. KIWANIS 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS CELEBRATION: Our annual Kiwanis 4th of July Celebration will be in Gilchrist Park with the fireworks launched from a barge. Harpoon Harry’s & The Captain’s Table are our major sponsor donating $10,000 so we have committed to a $30,000 fireworks display this year. Thye City donates $5,000. If you know of an individual, group or organization that would like to help us in our fireworks donations, please start working on them now. And, we need all the manpower we can get for July 4. Please plan to work that day even though it’s a holiday. It means a lot for our Kiwanis Club to continue our 29 year tradition for all of Charlotte County.

¨  NEW CLUB LOGO/MEETING SIGN DONE: Did you notice our new Kiwanis logo sign with “Kiwanis Meets Here” out in front of the American Legion? Bill Kopp put in the holes for the posts and Gary installed the sign. Thanks for a job well done!
